BOOSTER MEMBERSHIP — TERMS

What you’re buying. A one-year Booster membership supporting the Northville American Legion Post 147. Boosters receive member pricing at the bar, guest access for immediate family, and the booster rate on hall rentals. Benefits are subject to post rules and hours and may change.

What it is not. A Booster membership is not membership in The American Legion. Boosters do not vote in post elections, hold office, or receive American Legion member benefits.

Eligibility. Boosters must be 21 or older. You do not need to be a veteran.

Term and renewal. The membership runs one year from the date of purchase. We will contact you before it expires. It does not renew or bill automatically.

Your card. Booster cards are serialized and issued to one person. Pick yours up at the post; cards are not transferable and lost cards may be replaced at the post’s discretion. Present it to receive booster pricing.

Refunds. Booster dues are non-refundable. If something went wrong with your payment, call the post and we’ll make it right.

Conduct. The post may decline or revoke a Booster membership. If it is revoked for conduct, dues are not refunded.

Alcohol. Booster pricing is a discount, not a purchase. All alcohol sales follow Michigan law and post policy, and staff may refuse service.

Your information. We use your name, email, and phone to issue your card, confirm your payment, and send post news and renewal reminders. We don’t sell or share your information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider. The post does not store your card details.

Taxes. Booster dues are not a tax-deductible charitable contribution.
